Tessenderlo Group, through its group company Picanol NV, has acquired the activities of Osterwalder AG, a Swiss manufacturer of electric powder presses. Picanol NV purchased Osterwalder Technology AG, to which the production facilities and all activities of Osterwalder AG have been transferred. Osterwalder is a trusted partner for its customers in the fields of hard metals, specialty materials and iron powder.
