Balthasar Müller advises and represents national and international clients as an attorney in the Corporate Team, with a particular focus on corporate law, financial market law, and the fintech sector. Additionally, Mr. Müller has specialized in examining the influence of international human rights within the context of private law. In this capacity, he advises clients involved in the financing and provision of services by the public sector or government-affiliated clients in the context of public-private partnerships (PPP) or finance arrangements.
Furthermore, Mr. Müller is passionate about e-sports and gaming, actively engaging with the public law and private law aspects of the industry in Switzerland. He offers guidance and representation to clients in matters such as startup formation, partnerships, sponsoring, and employment contracts between e-sports athletes and teams.
