Our advice is particularly tailored to the USA and major European trading partners and we are familiar with the basic principles of their respective tax laws. 

Our tax team can also assist you in developing concepts underlying transfer pricing with regard to foreign tax systems and Swiss VAT issues. We also frequently advise private individuals (whether domestic or foreign), on succession matters, flat-rate taxation and the creation of foundations and trusts.

Investment transactions, home and abroad

We help foreign companies to invest in Switzerland and Swiss companies to invest abroad. We can advise you on direct investment in Switzerland by structuring the transaction from a foreign tax and legal perspective. We can also assist you in setting up a Swiss company, and dealing with the practical issues (work permits, financing and contracts) and working closely with the business promoter of the Swiss 'Cantons'. We can advise you on expatriate issues, and other issues related to the transaction in question.
