Pauline Pfirter focuses in her practice on corporate and commercial law. She advises companies of various sizes in the areas of private equity financing and M&A. Her main expertise is on providing day-to-day advice to start-ups on all aspects of corporate law, general contract law, real estate law and data protection as well as IP and IT law.
Pauline Pfirter studied at the University of Basel (MLaw 2015) and Boston University (LL.M. 2018) and, after an engagement at a mid-sized pharmaceutical company, was admitted to the bar in 2019. Since 2022, Pauline Pfirter is an associate judge at the criminal court in Basel-Stadt.
