Advice on issues relating to legal profession law from proven experts

When it comes to providing advice on legal issues relating to the legal profession, the members of the Legal Profession working group can draw on their extensive experience, for example as the President of the Swiss Bar Association or cantonal bar associations and as a member of executive boards of cantonal bar associations or a regulatory authority. The members of the working group publish on many different aspects of legal profession law. The Legal Profession Law section of the monthly publication ius.focus is currently being edited by VISCHER.

Resolving problems concerning legal profession law

VISCHER advises lawyers and clients and represents them in cases concerning issues relating to legal profession law. We act in regulatory law and civil law proceedings.

Managing (international) law firms’ organisational structures

VISCHER advises Swiss law firms on the choice of the best possible organisational structure in terms of legal profession law, corporate law and tax law. VISCHER has extensive experience in managing Swiss Verein organisational structures, which are used by international service providers, including large law firms, to coordinate their activities.
