The majority owners of Swissterminal AG, a key player in the Swiss and French logistics markets, sold their remaining shares to the global port and logistics service provider DP World Inland B.V. The full integration of Swissterminal into DP World follows a five-year partnership between the two companies and is expected to mark a new phase of growth.
