Our services include:

Construction projects: we advise investors, sellers, builders etc. in the development of land plots and in the planning and construction of real estate portfolios.
Real estate transactions: we advise sellers or purchasers on real estate transactions, and can advise on rental/tenancy agreements. We regularly advise real estate companies on restructuring estate portfolios.
Real estate litigation: we can support with problems during construction, disputes relating to construction defects or land issues, working to avoid proceedings where possible, but robustly defending you in court if necessary.
