We are pleased to announce that Dr. Mladen Stojiljkovic has joined our firm as Counsel as of 1 November 2019.
Mladen's practice focuses on litigating complex commercial cases before state courts and international arbitral tribunals. His experience spans a wide range of industries and issues, including M&A-related disputes, engineering and construction, and patent licensing.
He holds a law degree and a PhD from the University of Zurich and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School. Before joining Vischer, he worked as Litigation Associate in Zurich and as International Counsel at Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C.
Mladen was named a Future Leader in International Arbitration by Who's Who Legal in 2018, 2019, and 2020.
