Advises sellers of Axeon Group acquired by Johnson Matthey

VISCHER advises the shareholders, Ironshield ABS Limited and management on the Swiss law aspects of the £40.6 million sale of the Axeon Group, that focuses on the design and manufacture of large-scale high voltage automotive grade battery systems for electric and hybrid electric vehicles and batteries for mobile power products as well as high performance battery packs for the professional cordless power tools and electric bike markets, to Johnson Matthey. The team is led by partner Dr. Adrian Dörig and includes associate David Weber.
