The Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC) enchanted Basel for a week, far beyond its borders. The world's largest music event attracted over 500,000 visitors to the various venues.
VISCHER provided comprehensive legal advice to the Canton of Basel-Stadt on the implementation of the ESC. The team was led by Moritz Jäggy (Corporate/M&A and Sports Law) and included David Rosenthal (Data & Privacy), Sven Hintermann (Sports Law and Data & Privacy), Dr. Balthasar Müller (Corporate/M&A) as well as Lucas Sturzenegger (Corporate/M&A).
