Sven Hintermann is an attorney in the practice teams Intellectual Property Law, Sports Law, Media & Entertainment, Data & Privacy and Information & Communication Technology. He has a particular interest in legal issues relating to the sports, media and entertainment industries. He advises Swiss and international companies and represents them in proceedings before administrative authorities and courts.
Prior to joining VISCHER, Sven Hintermann worked for many years in the world of sports and media. Due to his functions there in the fields of general legal counselling, business development and marketing, he is familiar with the multifaceted demands and needs of the players. This experience makes him a powerful sparring partner for legal issues, especially in these and similar industries.
