Toshiba sells forty percent stake in Landis + Gyr to INCJ

VISCHER advises the Japanese electronics manufacturer Toshiba Corporation alongside Mor-rison & Foerster LLP as to Swiss law in its sale of a forty percent equity stake in the innovative Swiss-based meter maker Landis + Gyr to Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ), a public-private partnership created by the Japanese government.
