The Swissphone Group, advised by Rigeto Unternehmerkapital, sells certain assets and agreements of the Imasys business to F24 Schweiz AG, continuing focusing on its strategic core business.
VISCHER acted as legal counsel to the Swissphone Group on this transaction.
