Christian Schneiter's practice focuses on advising corporates, private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions on a wide range of complex financing transactions (including syndicated financings, acquisition finance, structured finance and asset finance). As an expert representative of issuers recognized by the Regulatory Board of the SIX Swiss Exchange, he also specializes in capital market transactions. Further, he is experienced in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and insolvency as well as corporate and commercial law matters.

Christian Schneiter is admitted to the bar in Switzerland. He studied at the University of Bern (BLaw/MLaw) and obtained an LL.M. degree from the Sorbonne-Assas International Law School in Singapore (with distinction for the best graduation of the academic year).
