The VISCHER dispute resolution team successfully enforced an ICC arbitral award rendered in London and stemming from international commodity trading in Switzerland. The enforcement, which encompassed both the recognition of a worldwide freezing order and a separate Swiss attachment into Swiss bank accounts, resulted in a full payment of the awarded sums.
