Massive claims and allegations against Swiss bank fended off

The VISCHER Dispute Resolution team led by Thomas Weibel successfully defended a Swiss bank in a multi-front battle, fending off allegations of corruption and breaches of contract as well as massive damages claims. The dispute encompassed commercial court proceedings for an amount in dispute of EUR 500m, a multi-party arbitration for an amount in dispute of EUR 100m, various state court proceedings in enforcement matters, as well as mutual legal assistance proceedings in several jurisdictions.
