NanoXplore Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GRA), a world leading graphene company, acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of CEBO Injections SA, a Swiss-based injection molding company, from Swiss based seller BCR Plastic Group.
VISCHER advised Export Development Canada who provided debt financing for this acquisition as local counsel as to all matters of Swiss law. The team included Dr. Adrian Dörig (partner, Banking & Finance), Christoph Niederer (partner, Tax) and Seraina Tsering (senior associate, Banking & Finance).
