The software company Infosim GmbH & Co. KG, based in Würzburg, a leading international provider of automated service fulfilment and service assurance solutions for telcos, ISPs, managed service providers and enterprises, has acquired the Swiss IT solution provider SKOOR AG. The VISCHER team led by partner Dr. Robert Bernet with counsel Dr. Peter Kühn advised Infosim in this acquisition.
