MCH Group and Bits & Pretzels are joining forces under the joint venture health.tech events AG and launching health.tech | global summit, a new international leading conference for digital innovations in healthcare. The goal is to create a leading platform that unites the entire value chain of the healthcare sector - from start-ups and established companies to research, science, politics and investors - and to further strengthen Basel's position as a leading health tech hub.
VISCHER provided comprehensive legal advice to both partners on the formation of the joint venture company and the contractual framework of the new concept.
