E3 Holding AG acquires the clean-tek group

E3 Holding AG, Germany, has acquired the clean-tek group from Felix Ritter.

Clean-tek is one of the pioneers in cleanroom technology - technology for sensitive areas such as pharmaceutical production, medical technology, biotechnology or microelectronics.
Clean-tek stands for first-class cleanroom technology from our own production. In addition to cleanroom ceiling, wall and door systems, clean-tek also offers laminar flow modules, personnel and material locks, and decontamination showers from its own production.
