Quirin Meier is an attorney in the dispute resolution team. With his PhD in Banking and Finance and his research and teaching experience in economic law, Quirin possesses the ideal qualifications for resolving complex commercial disputes. His practice involves advising clients before Swiss courts or arbitration tribunals in both pre-dispute and dispute phases across a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including shareholder and corporate disagreements, liability litigation, power production agreements, brokerage and procurement contracts, debt enforcement, and asset protection. Clients value Quirin's professional competence and his clear, direct communication.
Prior to joining VISCHER's dispute resolution team, Quirin studied in Basel and Bern. He worked and pursued academic research at the Universities of Basel, Bern, and Zurich. He is admitted to the Bar in Switzerland.
