All shares of Mibex Software GmbH were acquired by the German Communardo Group GmbH, a portfolio company of Bregal Unternehmerkapital. Mibex is a Swiss IT company specializing in the development and provision of specialized Atlassian apps for the DevOps sector. With the acquisition of Mibex, Communardo expands its DevOps expertise, app portfolio, and consulting services within the Atlassian ecosystem.
