VISCHER advises Green Gateway Fund (GGF), the Russia based fund of Wermuth Asset Management GmbH, the Germany based alternative asset advisory firm,
in its acquisition of an undisclosed stake in Aquarius Water Group, the Switzerland based provider of advanced water systems, solutions and technologies for the oil &
gas Industry, Energy Sector and other process industries, for a consideration of EUR 6.5m.
