CRK joins the MYTY Group

The full-service PR and communications agency cR Kommunikation AG with offices in Bern, Basel and Zurich has joined the MYTY Group, a leading agency network in the DACH region.

VISCHER advised the shareholders of cR Kommunikation AG on all legal aspects of this transaction. The team was led by Gian-Andrea Caprez (Corporate/M&A) and included Christoph Niederer (Tax), Flavio Langenegger (Corporate/M&A) and Florian Schaub (Employment).
