VISCHER is pleased to announce that the Board of Trustees of the Swiss Sports Tribunal Foundation has decided to elect Sven Hintermann as a judge on the Swiss Sports Tribunal. The mandate runs until 31 December 2024, with new elections planned for the 2025-2028 term of office.
The Swiss Sports Tribunal is a foundation that was established by Swiss Olympic on 1 July 2024 and has taken over the tasks of the former Disciplinary Chamber of Swiss Sport. The Swiss Sports Tribunal is responsible for settling disputes and imposing sanctions in connection with doping and ethics violations in Swiss sport. As a rule, the Swiss Sports Tribunal decides in a three-member panel.
