VISCHER acted as Swiss counsel of SIX Swiss Exchange listed OC Oerlikon Corporation AG, Pfäffikon advising on Swiss legal issues raised by the CHF 2,474,538,217.93 facility agreement entered into by OC Oerlikon in the course of its 2010 financial restructuring. The team was led by partner Dr. Adrian Dörig and included associate Andreas Textor.
