Warteck Invest is one of the oldest real estate companies listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and is focusing on residential and business properties in Switzerland. In the rights offering to support the growth strategy of Warteck Invest 49,500 new registered shares were offered (net proceeds CHF 75.2 million).
