Swissmem, the association of around 1000 companies in the Swiss mechanical and electrical engineering industries and associated technology-oriented sectors, has invested in AM-Tec Kredit AG, which provides established SMEs with capital to fund growth and innovation. With this investment Swissmem is indirectly expanding the range of services it provides to the Swiss industry. VISCHER is advising Swissmem on this investment.
