Poscom Ferien Holding AG closed the sale of its international hotel chain operating under the name "Ferienverein", comprising several hotels in Switzerland, Spain and Italy and its own tour operator, to the Saudi Arabian investor Sami Al Angari.  VISCHER advised Poscom Ferien Holding AG as lead counsel on all legal aspects of this transaction.
