VISCHER advises Goldman Sachs and Doughty Hanson in the auction for the Swiss mobile phone operator Orange Communications SA from the France Telecom Group for approx. CHF 2 billion. The transaction required, inter alia, advice and documentation in relation to total debt commitments (certain funds) in excess of CHF 1 billion. The finance team is led by partner Dr. Adrian Dörig and included partner Christoph Niederer (Tax) and associate Andreas Textor (Banking & Finance).
