An extremely complex dispute around a contract for work and services provided by a VISCHER client could be settled successfully. The widespread dispute encompassed numerous proceedings for injunctive relief, main proceedings in Switzerland, attachment proceedings in France, winding-up proceedings in England and the Cayman Islands, and criminal proceedings in Saudi-Arabia as well as Bahrain.
