For a Germany base client, VISCHER fended off claims of CHF 6.5 million brought by a Swiss real estate developer as a consequence of the non-realisation of a real estate Project. The proceedings included difficult legal issues on contract conclusion, rental and damages. They went over the full three instances, all of which found in favour of VISCHER's Client. The Swiss Federal Court definitely rejected the claim (4A_449/2013). The VISCHER team was led by Dr. Christian Oetiker.
