Yanick Corminboeuf is a senior associate in VISCHER's corporate and commercial law team. He advises Swiss and international companies on corporate law, corporate structuring and restructuring, contract drafting, employment law, and general commercial law. He also represents clients in these areas before judicial authorities in French- and German-speaking Switzerland.
He holds a Bachelor of Law (magna cum laude) and Master of Law (magna cum laude) of the University of Fribourg, a Certificate of International Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center, and an LL.M. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law.
He was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2018 and to the New York bar in 2025.
Before joining VISCHER, Yanick Corminboeuf worked for several years at a business law firm in Lausanne and for a Swiss bank.
Yanick Corminboeuf is bilingual in French and German and works in French, German, and English.
