Ulrika Nömer

As Head of Human Resources, Ulrika Nömer is responsible for the processes and procedures (in particular recruitment, personnel administration, communication, payroll, controlling) as well as the efficiency and quality of the entire HR department. She is the internal and external contact person for all matters concerning VISCHER's personnel and, together with her team, finds solutions for a wide variety of questions.
