Tivisha Rajaratnam

Tivisha Rajaratnam is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice team. Her practice focuses on financing transactions – in particular syndicated financing, acquisition financing, structured financing, and asset financing. Further areas of practice include M&A transactions, restructuring and insolvency, as well as corporate and commercial law.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from the ZHAW School of Management and Law and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Lucerne. Following her legal internship at a Zurich law firm, she was admitted to the bar in 2025.

Before joining VISCHER, she gained legal experience at court, in law firms, and in the banking sector.
