Timothy Woodtli is a Senior Associate at VISCHER, advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology sectors.

Timothy works closely with startups and growth companies at various stages of their development, advising founders, investors and entrepreneurs on financing rounds, venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions. He also advises companies on a broad range of commercial agreements, including licensing, research and development, collaboration, manufacturing and distribution agreements.
