Stefan Grieder’s primary practice areas are finance and capital markets, company and contract law and M&A/private equity. He advises banks, securities traders and asset managers in supervisory law matters and specialises in the law on collective capital investments. His clients in company and contract law include leading international companies in the furniture trade, laboratory technology, mechanical engineering and aviation interior design sectors. In M&A and private equity, Stefan specialises in life science companies. Here he supports his clients all the way from formation, through financing, right through to the exit stage in the form of an IPO or sale.
In addition to his activities as an attorney, Stefan Grieder is a member of various boards of directors of medium sized companies as well as of Swiss subsidiaries of international companies.
Furthermore, Stefan Grieder is member of the Specialist Committee "Legal & Compliance Asset Management" of the Swiss Funds & Asset Management Association SFAMA.
