Shannon Sangiorgio

Shannon Sangiorgio is an Associate in VISCHER’s Corporate / M&A team in Zurich. Her practice focuses on national and international M&A transactions as well as private equity and venture capital transactions. She also advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial law matters.

Shannon Sangiorgio studied law at the University of Zurich and is admitted to the Swiss bar. Prior to joining VISCHER as an Associate, she worked at a well-established mid-sized business law firm in Zurich and, alongside her studies, as a student assistant in the Legal Services and Business Control departments of the Senior Public Prosecutor's Office of the Canton of Zurich.

Shannon Sangiorgio is fluent in German and English.
