Dr. Sebastian Burckhardt M.C.J.

Due to his interest in business and his admission to the New York Bar, Sebastian Burckhardt mainly advises international companies based in the USA and major Swiss companies and their owners on a long-term basis. These include companies with heterogeneous ownership structures (such as private equity financed companies or those owned by several family members) as well as their shareholders and owner families. He is a member of the board of directors of persona service AG, of Applied Chemicals International AG, of Dolder AG and of Grether AG, and he is member of the foundation board of the Claudine und Hans Heiner Zaeslin-Bustany-Stiftung and of the Fondation Bénina. Since the beginning of his legal career in 1981, he has specialized in company successions, M&A and private equity.
