As Head of IT, Salvatore De Franco is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire IT department. He ensures that IT is optimally aligned with business requirements and guarantees the stable, secure, and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure.

His core tasks include the further development of the IT strategy, the planning and implemen-tation of IT projects, and the continuous optimization of systems, applications, and processes. Furthermore, he is responsible for the IT security, availability, and performance of the entire IT landscape.

As the central internal and external point of contact for all IT matters, he develops sustainable, practice-oriented, and future-proof solutions together with his team.
