At the University of St. Gallen, Peter Hettich is Professor of economic constitutional law and market regulation, environmental law and the regulation of land use. In addition, Peter lectures on market regulation at the University of Basel, is Director of the Research Center for Information Law (FIR-HSG), and is of counsel to VISCHER.
