Dr. Paula Blank LL.M.

Paula Blank is an associate in our Corporate team in Basel and advises Swiss and international companies on corporate and commercial law. She has a particular interest in general contract and corporate law as well as life sciences law.

She is admitted to the bar in Switzerland and has a PhD from the University of Basel (Grundsätze zum Umgang mit Beschlussmängelstreitigkeiten im schweizerischen, deutschen und französischen Personengesellschaftsrecht). She also holds an LL.M. from the Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg im Breisgau and a Master's degree from the University of Strasbourg. She regularly publishes and speaks in her areas of expertise.
