Oliver Fischer

Oliver Fischer completed his law studies at the University of Basel in 2026. He participated in both the “Concours René Cassin” and “Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court” moot courts. In the fall semester of 2025, he also spent a semester abroad at Boston University. During his studies, he worked at the chair of Prof. Dr. Nadja Braun Binder and was employed at the Research Center for Digitalization in Government and Administration (e-PIAF) at the Faculty of Law at the University of Basel.

In addition to his studies, Oliver Fischer is active in local politics and is involved in both the municipal commission and the audit and review commission in Muttenz. Oliver Fischer holds the rank of first lieutenant in the military police.

He has also been involved in university activities for several years. He was a member of the student council and its audit commission. In addition, he chaired the Model United Nations Team at the University of Basel and is a member of the advisory board of the Model United Nations Team at the University of Basel.

In the spring of 2024, he completed an internship at our law firm.
