Nicole Ritter

Nicole Ritter is an attorney in the practice teams Intellectual Property, Data & AI, Information and Communication Technology, and Media and Entertainment. Her practice focuses on technology and communications law. She advises Swiss and international companies and represents them in proceedings before administrative authorities and courts.

Prior to joining VISCHER, Nicole Ritter worked as a research and teaching assistant at the Chair of Information and Communications Law at the University of Zurich for several years. She does her doctorate in e-commerce and unfair competition law. She completed her legal internship in a Zurich law firm specializing in intellectual property law and was admitted to the bar in 2022.
