Michelle Bruni
Attorney at Law, Swiss Certified Tax Expert / Managing Associate
Michelle Bruni is an attorney-at-law and certified tax expert and a member of VISCHER’s tax team in Basel. She specializes in all aspects of domestic and international tax law, advising both corporate clients and private individuals.
Her practice focuses on the tax structuring and execution of private equity and M&A transactions, as well as intra-group reorganizations. In her previous practice, she has advised on such projects not only from a tax perspective but also from a legal standpoint for over ten years.
In addition, Michelle Bruni regularly advises on tax and social security matters in connection with employee participation programs and cross-border activities of senior executives.
Michelle Bruni is admitted to the bar in Switzerland. She studied at the Universities of Bern and Helsinki and additionally qualified as a certified tax expert in 2020. Following internships at a major bank in Zurich and an international business law firm in Basel, she obtained her bar admission in 2014. She subsequently worked as an associate at an international business law firm in Basel and most recently as a Managing Associate at the Basel office of one of Switzerland’s largest law firms.
Michelle Bruni is fluent in German and English.
