Dr. Lorenz Ehrler M.E.E.

Lorenz Ehrler’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, IP/IT, contract law and public procurement. He advises Swiss and foreign clients in his areas of practice and represents them before state courts and arbitral tribunals. He also serves as a panelist in domain name arbitration proceedings under the auspices of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and is a lecturer at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property for classes preparing the Swiss Patent Bar examination.
