Laura Rufer M.A. Law

Laura Rufer is an attorney in the dispute resolution team. She advises both individuals and companies on dispute resolution and litigation and represents their interests before Swiss courts and authorities. Furthermore, she counsels clients on general commercial and corporate matters, contract law as well as the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitral rewards in Switzerland.

In addition to her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law, she holds certificates in Book and Publishing Studies and Business Journalism of the University of St. Gallen.

Besides having worked in various corporate law firms as well as the District Court of Meilen Laura Rufer has gained experience in academics and taught at the University of Zurich.

Further to her legal practice, Laura Rufer regularly publishes on litigation and enforcement topics.
