Jonas D. Gassmann LL.M.

Jonas D. Gassmann is an Attorney at Law specialised in intellectual property law and white collar crime. Media law (including telecoms and advertising law), IT and data law are further key areas of his practice.

He has vast litigation experience in the field of trademark, design, patent, copyright and unfair competition law, and supports clients in particular in their fight against counterfeits and enforcement of rights online.
