As a dedicated member of our employment law team, Jeannine Dehmelt advises national and international companies as well as private individuals on all aspects of Swiss employment law. This includes the preparation and review of employment agreements, employee regulations and termination agreements, but also extends to the areas of equal opportunities and data protection as well as cross-border assignments and immigration. In addition, she regularly assists corporate clients in all labour and employment law issues surrounding reorganisations and transactions, particularly in the context of collective redundancies and transfer of undertakings.
Having worked for several years at the Zurich Labor Court, both as a clerk and as a substitute judge, Jeannine Dehmelt also has substantial experience in employment litigation and represents the interests of her clients before state courts and authorities, in particular with regard to dismissals, workplace conflicts, compensation, bonus and non-competition clauses as well as reference letters.
