Jael Bähler

Jael Bähler completed his Master's degree in law at the University of Zurich in 2026. While still pursuing his Bachelor's degree, he gained his first practical experience as a student assistant at a small law firm in Zurich specializing in business law. During his Master's program, he worked as a reviewer at VISCHER and as a student project assistant at another leading business law firm in Zurich. In addition, he completed an internship at the Affoltern District Court, which gave him insight into judicial practice.

Alongside his studies, Jael Bähler is a co-founder of a clothing brand he established with friends, which he has been helping to build and develop ever since. His entrepreneurial activities allow him to grapple with legal and economic issues related to his own brand while simultaneously gaining practical experience in running his own business. His interest in competition law and intellectual property law is also reflected in his master’s thesis, in which he examined corporate structures in the context of intellectual property law.

Since September 2026, Jael Bähler has been completing a one-year legal internship at VISCHER to prepare for the bar exam.
